Dawn Schwartz has an extensive background in the hospitality management working for 4–5-star hotels and resorts around the country (Margaritaville Hollywood Beach, Grand Wailea Resort & Spa, LaQuinta Resort & Club, Grove Park Inn). In 2018, Dawn and her husband Todd relocated to the Nocatee area, where they settled into life at Del Webb Ponte Vedra, and Dawn began a new career with FirstService Residential. Dawn’s previous experience as a Director of Revenue Management, Sales & Operations has given her customer service, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the financial acumen to manage a highly effective homeowners association. She understands the quality, standards, and commitment that it takes to manage a Del Webb property.
In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband Todd and her two Bichons, Dixie & Muttles.
Lindy Magiera

Lindy is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2006. After graduating from Ponte Vedra High School, Lindy went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in English from Wake Forest University in 2017. She is especially passionate about communication and showing up authentically for other people, with a background in customer service. Lindy moved back to Florida from North Carolina in 2022, where she joined the Del Webb eTown team as an Administrative Assistant at the front desk. She became Lifestyle Director in August 2022 and has enjoyed the fun and challenges of the position so far.
Any conversation with Lindy will usually lead back to her love for her dog, Holly, or her devotion to the Cincinnati Bengals.

Les Akar has been an Administrative Assistant at FirstService Residential since 2012. He is a Navy/Vietnam veteran who relocated from New Jersey to Florida in 1998. His BA degree in Math and Science served him well throughout his career leading to his retiring as an IT manager after 24 years at Merrill Lynch.
He enjoys spending time with Maggie, his wife of more than 50 years, and with his daughter and three granddaughters who live nearby.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois and a big Cubs fan, Denise is relatively new to the Jacksonville area, moving here in 2020 with her husband of 30 years and her 4 rescue dogs. Denise has a background in real estate sales and customer service in manufacturing. She has been working with seniors in assisted living for the last three years. She loves to help people and solve resident challenges. Denise is very organized, delivers outstanding customer service, and is a great communicator. She is very excited to join FSR and be of service to Del Webb eTown residents! In her off time, she is an avid gardener and heads to the beach whenever possible.
